Interview Tracy Teutsch

Tracy has spent decades in the construction industry and believes in the value of the trades.  She started as a PM, moved to Sales, Sales Manager, before becoming the GM of a commercial fire and life safety contractor in the Pacific Northwest.  In her last role, she was amazed at how difficult it had become to find skilled workers.  Navigating different job sites and hiring platforms – none of which focused on our industry’s needs. Finally, in November of 2021, she jumped out of her (some might say) responsible job to start Real Work – an on-line platform built just for the trades.  

 

Her mission is to support the trades and remind people the value of different paths. She lives by the moto that “everything’s figure-out-able” and is committed to delivering a platform that meets the needs of both employers and workers. Bringing the industry into the 21^st century.  Tracy truly believes, "it's all about the People".
